The Body Shop

I recently brought my Mercedes in to repair a rather deep scratch which ran down a good portion of my car. The Body Shop team are all professional and skillful, I would never hesitate in recommending or coming to them again for a repair. My car looks fresh off the assembly line. Special thanks to Amber who navigated and quickly resolved an insurance issue! A very valuable team to have in your pocket when the unfortunate need arises!

These guys are awesome. I wasn't even their previous customer, but I took my truck to them for a second opinion about what seemed like a so-so paint job that was done on a repair from a different shop. Without a prior appointment, their painter (didn't catch his name) actually took time to look at it and give me his considered opinion about the quality of the job and what they should have/could have done at the other shop. And, when I offered him a tip afterward for giving his time/expertise to me like that, he refused the tip! Anyway, if I need to get this paint problem fixed, or if I have to do some other body work in the future, this shop will definitely be at the top of my list!

The Body Shop goes above and beyond! We brought in my daughter's car after it was vandalized (via an insurance claim). A few hours after we dropped it off, Amber called and said 'guess what? We were able to buff off the spray paint and it'll be ready to pick up soon, FREE OF CHARGE. We avoided a hefty deductible, and 2.5 weeks to repair, and got a free car wash too. Thanks Body Shop!!

BMW X1 taken to The Body Shop after getting rear ended, as part of network of faulty party's insurance (State Farm.) Great people, great service & repairs were finished in less than 2 weeks (was worried with BMW delays everywhere!) The text updates were appreciated & super helpful as well! So impressed- I would def recommend them in the future!

Was provided excellent customer service and professionalism despite my bad attitude towards my situation. Work was done ahead of schedule. Concerns after repairs were immediately addressed when I came back to the shop to discuss. This is a good team.
